Ceiling, cliff, escalator, closet … glass features large in the literature on gender and the workplace.  This experiment in interactive cartooning introduces four inhabitants of our glassed and gendered HE workplace: Alex, Adey, Alison and Alan – and invites you to send me your thoughts and experiences to inform their stories. #glassedgendered
